Welcome to Hillside havens . By booking any travel services or tours through Hillside Havens, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Hillside havens, governing your use of our services and the rights and obligations of both parties.

Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process:

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon the advance payment of 50%, as specified at the time of booking.
  • The booking confirmation will include a detailed itinerary and payment schedule.

2. Payment Terms:

  • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by Hillside Havens.
  • Advance payment must be received by the specified due date. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing through e-mail.
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the destination, service, and time of cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Hillside Havens

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of participant numbers.
  • In the event of cancellation by Hillside Havens you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip of equivalent value.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the method of payment and banking procedures.

Travel Documents

1. Passport and Visas

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  • Hillside havens is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation.

Health and Safety

1. Health Requirements:

  • Clients must be in good health and capable of participating in the activities included in the trip.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

2. Safety Standards

  • Hillside havens adheres to high safety standards. However, clients participate in tours at their own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during the trip.

Changes to Itinerary

1. Changes by Hillside havens

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.

2. Changes by Client

  • Any request for changes to the itinerary must be made in writing.
  • Additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the client will be the client’s responsibility.

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability

  • Hillside Havens acts as an intermediary for various travel services, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.

2. Force Majeure

  • Hillside Havens is not liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other acts of God.

Conduct and Behaviour

1. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to the local culture, customs, and environment.
  • Hillside havens reserves the right to remove any client from a tour if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable or disruptive.

2. Responsibility for Damage

  • Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to property or accommodation during the trip.

Privacy and Data Protection

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
