– Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Eligibility for Returns
– We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
– Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Process
– To initiate a return, please contact us at thinkteesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
